Medak district collector Harish today said that their primary inquiry had revealed that the ruling TRS party leader Eatala Rajender had encroached upon assigned land.
Speaking to media persons after inspecting the controversial lands, he said that Rajender had built a road for his poultry farm and shed for his hatchery .
He said that they were gathering all kinds of information on the issue by talking to the victims. He said that they were also conducting a digital survey in the area.

The collector said that they would submit their report to the chief secretary of the state after completing their field survey. The inquiry in the land encroachment has gained momentum.
The revenue and vigilance officials reached the Hakimpeta and Achampet villages and took up there in the investigation.

The vigilance department officials are receiving complaints from the victims. They are also gathering information from the farmers, who have written a letter to the CM on the issue. They have taken up the digital survey in 170 acres of land located in the two villages.
