Etela blames central government rules for delay in Sangareddy medical college establishment

Hyderabad: State Health Minister of Telangana state  Etela Rajender today said that the existing rules of the central government were delaying the process of the establishment of a government medical college at Sangareddy district headquarters.

He made these remarks while replying to questions raised by the members of the state assembly during question hour in the ongoing monsoon session of the house. 

Speaking on the occasion he said that the state government was taking steps to provide quality healthcare services to the poor people of the state. He said that the plans of the chief minister of the state KCR had brought several changes in the public health sector.

Etela said that they had established six medical college in the state during the last 50 months. He said that they would continue to work hard to improve the delivery of public healthcare services.
