He said there was a need for the Telangana society to join the Congress party for the development of the State  Targeting Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, he alleged that the CM was thinking about making an entry into national politics instead of taking steps for providing relief to flood victims of the State.

He alleged that the Chief Minister was doing time pass by making political allegationsFormer MLA against his rivals while the people of the State were suffering from floods. Referring to the cloudburst comments of KCR, Revanth Reddy termed the comments as most irresponsible and added that KCR made the cloudburst comments only to divert the attention of the people from the recent floods.

He demanded the State government to announce an ex gratia of ₹1 crore to the family members of those who died in the recent floods.  He demanded that the Chief Minister send a detailed report to the Centre seeking financial assistance for the recent floods loss and added that the KCR should get an amount of ₹2000 crores from the Centre as the flood relief package.  He told the Chief Minister that the Centre had not sent its special teams to assess the losses incurred by the State following the recent floods.

Targeting the BJP, Revanth Reddy said the people of the State should stop the saffron party as it does not give any importance to the lives of the people of the State. He warned the people that the BJP would be a threat to all of them if it came into power in Telangana.
