Hyderabad: Sleuths of Special Operations Team along with LB Nagar police conducted a joint operation on Tuesday and intercepted four people, who were transporting Ganja from the Araku Agency area of Visakhapatnam district. They also seized a Maruthi WagonR car with 108 kg of Ganja and four mobile phones, cash of Rs 3,000 all worth Rs 14 lakh from their possession.
The accused identified as Gadda Kalyan, Kalu Balai, Adaktla Sharath Kumar and Bhakta Ram Khara on the Chinthalakunta main road were arrested under section 20 (II) (B) NDPS Act of L.B. Nagar police station. Another accused Mukesh of Rajasthan was absconding.
