Hyderabad: Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao today directed the officials concerned to complete the ongoing works in rural areas on a speedy basis. Dayakar Rao has emphasized the need for focus on Palle Pragathi, greenery expansion, protecting the saplings planted, timely supply of power and waters for drinking purposes, Vaikuntha dreams, sanitation, and others.
The minister conducted a review meeting with the officials at his office in the city and asked to know about the progress of the works of development in rural areas.
As per directions of chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao the development works should be taken up on a war – footing and should be completed, Dayakar instructed.
The chief minister during his collectors meeting in Pragathi Bhavan has appreciated our department for the progress of the works, the minister noted. There shall not be any complaints or repeat of the problems pertaining to the basic amenities, he stated.
The government gives utmost priority to facilities and infrastructure in the villages for all-round development, Dayakar Rao said.
Keeping those words as inspiration the officials should complete the development works on a speedy basis, he said.
Both the chief minister and municipal minister KT Rama Rao are committed to rural development with all facilities.
Ensure that the villages get a facelift with water, roads, sanitation, sewage lines, power supply, Vaikuntha dharmas, or public cemeteries he said. The minister asked them to press the teams to supervise the works and ensure their speedy completion.
Palle Pragathi, greenery expansion, protecting the saplings planted, timely supply of power and waters for drinking purposes should go on uninterruptedly, Dayakar said.
