Hyderabad: Telangana is a role model for the country in using the latest and modern technology according to finance minister T Harish Rao.
Along with home minister Mahmood Ali, DGP Mahender Reddy, Harish Rao has inaugurated a modern built police station in Markuk village of Siddipetdistrict.
The minister asserted that Telangana brings the youngest state is in forefront of using modern technology. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has begun technology use in multiple fields for law and order and development. On coming, g to power KCR focussed on police wing to provide people-friendly services using technology he claimed.
The police station was built by spending Rs 14.96 cr on a corporate office level the minister said. Our government gives top priority for law and order and security to people he said. An adequate number of cc cameras are attached in the nearby villages to be monitored from the new police station.
The office is well equipped to give timely and speedy services using cc cameras he said. The minister asked the police to offer the best services as per KCR’s vision. The state government offers better services and ensuring law and order. Safety and security are key for the development of the state he said. (NSS)
