High court posted Dharni portal case till Dec 31

Hyderabad: High Court today directed the state government to submit details of the Dharani portal with objections being raised on registrations. The court while asking for details on objections by people posted the case till Dec 31.

On hearing the government which sought to vacate the interim orders on staying the registrations of non-agricultural lands and properties.

Since the state government is implementing several programs by offering subsidies on cultivation it is correct to make use of Aadhar cards the counsel informed the high court.

The council urged the court to vacate the orders and pave way for the registration process.
On this, the court said that the people are against giving Aadhar, cast, and family details to avail of registration services. So keeping this in view the government cannot insist on the same, the court observed.

The court posted the case to Dec 31 and sought the details from the government.
