If anyone casts an “evil eye”, India can give a Befitting reply: Union Minister

New Delhi: Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said today that if anyone casts an “evil eye”, India can give a fitting reply, on the china crisis.

Saying that if 20 jawans lost their lives on the June 15th fight in the Galwan river valley, Ladakh. “The toll is double on the Chinese side”.

The Chinese government has never given any official victims figure after the worst border clash between China and India since 1967, in which 20 Indian jawans were killed in the line of duty.

The china officials admit only the deaths of one commanding officer, but Indian army source have said at least 45 of their jawans were killed or injured by the Chinese army.

“Now you can hear about only two ‘Cs’ – coronavirus and China. We believe in peace and solve problems through discussion, but if somebody casts an evil eye on India, we will give a befitting reply…if our 20 jawans have sacrificed their lives, then the toll is double on the Chinese side. Said while addressing a virtual rally for the people of Bengal, where elections are due next year.

Recalling the Uri terror attack, Prasad, said, You all must remember how we had retaliated after Uri and Pulwama (terror strikes). When our PM is saying that the sacrifice of our jawans won’t go in vain, it has a meaning. Our government has the will to deliver.”

He says that by blocking  59 Chinese apps, India had already carried a “digital strike” to protects the data of our country citizens.
