Hyderabad : The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation today cautioned the general public that an illegal layout was being developed by plotting an open land in about four acres in Sy. No. 145 to 155 situated at Durga Nagar in Mailardevpally Village & Division under Rajendranagar Circle, without obtaining permission from GHMC, which is in violation of provisions of Section 388 of GHMC Act, 1955.
The GHMC cautioned general public not to purchase any part of the said illegal and unauthorized layout and if any person purchases any part of the said illegal layout, the GHMC will not be held responsible for the future consequences arises thereupon. (NSS)
