KT Rama Rao, Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD), inaugurated a skywalk in Uppal and a convention facility within Mini Shilparamam in Uppal. At the bustling Uppal crossroads, the skywalk intends to provide a secure crossing for pedestrians, notably children, women, and senior residents.
The Rs 10 crore convention hall can accommodate 1,000 people and is outfitted with a variety of amenities.The BRS Working President lauded the Telangana government’s efforts to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply, clean water, cheap housing, and welfare initiatives for the disadvantaged during the inauguration.
He chastised BJP and Congress leaders for casting doubt on the Chief Minister’s efforts, despite these developmental measures and welfare programmes.
