Hyderabad, May 8 (NSS): Producers of Mahesh Babu-starrer “Maharshi” got rude shock a day before scheduled release of the movie on Thursday with the Income Tax officials raiding the office of prominent producer Dil Raju at Srinagar Colony in Ameerpet here. The movie was all set to hit the theatres on Thursday. It was produced by Dil Raju along with Potluri Varaprasad and Ashwini Dutt under the banner of Vyjayanti Movies.
Meanwhile, advanced booking of “Maharshi” tickets has begun in full swing with tickets selling like hot cakes. The State government gave its nod for five shows a day. The movie features Prakash Raj, Jagapathi Babu, Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh in key roles. The film is directed by Vamshi Paidipally. (NSS)
