India Declares Hafiz Saeed’s Son, Talha Saeed – A Designated Terrorist

As per the latest reports, the mastermind behind the Mumbai terror attacks engineer and restricted Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) boss Hafiz Saeed’s child Hafiz Talha has been declared as a designated terrorist by the Ministry of Home Affairs under the arrangements of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

In a notice gave on Friday, the service said Hafiz Talha Saeed is a senior head of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terror group and top of the priest wing of the LeT. He is “effectively engaged with enrollment, reserve assortment, arranging and executing attacks by LeT in India and Indian interests in Afghanistan,” the notice said.

It further expressed that Talha Saeed has been “effectively visiting different LeT places across Pakistan and during his messages spreading for jihad against India, Israel, United States of America and Indian interests in other western nations.”

“The Central government accepts that Hafiz Talha Saeed is associated with illegal intimidation” and ought to be told as a terrorist under the UAPA, it said.

This came on the day Talha’s dad and JuD boss Hafiz Saeed was condemned to 31 years in prison by a Pakistan hostile to psychological oppression court. The court likewise forced a fine of PKR 3,40,000 on the United Nations assigned terrorist who is a fellow benefactor of the Lashkar-e-Taiba dread outfit, as indicated by different reports.
