In the latest updates, a plea has been moved in the Supreme Court looking for investigation by National Investigation Agency (NIA) in collective conflicts, which occurred in many parts of the country on the events of Ram Navami and Hanuman Jayanti.
The supplication moved by advocate Vineet Jindal said going after the fans during parade by terminating, stone tossing, vandalizing vehicles, and making common strain is a danger to the sway of the country. “Considering the gravity of this and a progression of occasions the nation over in seven distinct states show the inclusion of fear financing with potential connects to ISIS and other enemy of public and global associations to target Hindus the nation over”, said the request.

The solicitor looked for a course from the top court to handover the investigation of the FIRs to NIA.

A letter appeal was likewise moved by a backer Amritpal Singh Khalsa before Chief Justice N.V Ramana to take suo motu cognisance of the Jahangirpuri riots in Delhi.
