Hyderabad: Telangana High Court today set a deadline for holding elections in two months for Jubilee Hills Housing Society.
Claims and objections are to be taken in two weeks then publish a new voter list as per norms. The Court gave directions that a new list of eligible persons is prepared and published. On a related note, the Court has asked to form a committee of persons in charge.
The High Court has also asked the concerned person to see that the details of the voter’s list be sent to the cooperative registrar. The changed version of the voters has to be published only after the approval from the registrar of the cooperative wing the court opined. The whole process of election be completed in two months’ time, the court said.
