KCR Apatbandhu for BCs: Kamalakar

To mark the occasion of TRS foundation day on April 27, the state government will start the KCR Apatbandhu scheme for the BC communities, according to BC welfare and Civil supplies minister Gangula Kamalakar.

 

He told newspersons here that the state is going ahead with some unique programs for providing employment and jobs to the youths and educated in the state. He announced that the KCR Apatbandhu scheme will be launched on April 27 to mark the foundation day of the TRS party. The minister stated that Rs 100 cr will be spent for a program for women empowerment and also Rs 300 cr for the youth to get jobs and employment.

The government will soon start the programs to help all youths and communities in near future he said. The TRS Government under KCR leadership will offer more jobs and employment opportunities to the educated and youths he claimed.

Besides giving training in NIFT for women in tailoring some modern sewing machines, gadgets will be given for self-employment Kamalakar said. KCR gave Rs 1200 cr additionally for BC welfare in this budget, he claimed.

He informed that a plan is on cards to ensure that at least 50000 youths get training to get skills in repairing works and get employment through AC repair, two-wheelers repair and others.

Stating that 17 castes will be joined into the BC community and give the people all benefits. He also said that 119 new BC Gurukul colleges will be started in 2021-22 and give a new BC study circle for Siricilla town being represented by Minister KT Rama Rao.

On Yasangi he said that the officials were instructed to procure crops from the farmers and get them MSP. He reviewed on grain purchase centers and facilities. We will set up 6408 purchase centers and expecting 1.32 lakh metric ton crops this year and making necessary arrangements to procure the yield.
