Hyderabad : Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao express shock over the boat tragedy that took place in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh today. He conveyed his condolences to the members of the bereaved families.
As people of Telangana were also involved in the accident, he has directed the officials concerned to take necessary measures to help them and their families. Reports said that 21 persons on the boat were from Telangana.

Minister T Harish Rao said the tragedy was unfortunate. He expressed sympathies to the families affected in the tragedy. He assured the people from Telangana who were involved in the tragedy that the Government would extend necessary help to them. (NSS)
