KCR Maha Dharna Forced Modi Repeal Farm Laws: Talasani

Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav today poured milk on a photograph of TRS supremo and Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao to mark the repeal of three farm laws by the Modi government.

At a program at Secunderabad, the Minister garlanded the Gandhi statue as the TRS leaders celebrated the same by burning crackers. Later the Minister told media persons that the centre came down by withdrawal of the farm laws after KCR Government sitting on a Maha Dharna.

We welcome the centre for cancelling the farm laws and the BJP leaders in the state should make sure that our Paddy is procured by the central government.

The Minister hit out at the BJP leaders for failed policies and procedures on the farmers. TRS supremo The government which targets the farmers will not survive long, he fumed.

The TRS leaders and the state government will make efforts to mount pressure on the centre to clear paddy stocks. The centre has to procure Paddy or show a solution the minister demanded. Without any alternative the centre was resorting to false prestige and wrong policies adding to the word of the farmers, the minister slammed.

The centre feared that the TRS leaders and KCR Government will extend protests of the farmers at Delhi. The Modi government feared to intensify the protests by the TRS leaders on paddy imbroglio and cancelled the three farm laws, Srinivas Yadav claimed.

He welcomed the decision of the Centre repealing of three farm laws.

The farmers protested the anti farmer policies of the BJP government, he said. He attributed the decision by Modi Government in the centre to repeal the farm laws to the Maha Dharna by the TRS Supremo.

He said that the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao offers all help to farners to push agriculture products. Only Telangana state offers 24-hour power, Rythu bandhu financial assistance, bhima to the farmers he claimed.

We offer all help with timely supply of seeds, fertilizers and power to push cultivation, Srinivas Yadav said. He urged the BJP leaders and the centre to avoid suppression of the constitutional rights of the farmers and rights.

We know to scold as being done by the state BJP leaders and not doing so as accustomed to decent behaviour, he warned. At least now the BJP leaders in the state should stop the mudslinging campaign, he said.

The minister hoped that the BJP leaders should avoid making derogatory remarks against the chief minister and the state government.
