KTR vows for SC, ST development

Hyderabad: Municipal and Industries minister KTR today stated that the KCR government is committed to Dalit Tribals development in Telangana.

Along with ministers, K Eshwar,  Satyavati Rathod he launched new SC,  ST corporation office and a website here.   The minister released Rs 100 cr cheque of subsidy for the promotion of industries among these two communities.

The minister gave away the financial support to beneficiaries to become industrialists.  About 2000 beneficiaries got the help of Rs 100 cr to start business units.

He said that under the T-Pride program, so far about 36000 people of the communities got help and doing business and running their own industries.  On the occasion, he claimed that the KCR government is determined for the development of Dalits and Tribal communities.   Various programs are on towards the development of Dalits and tribals,  he said.

He asked to prepare an ideal plan by studying in other states, on the development of Dalits and tribals.  Our aim is to implement 3E formula — Education Entrepreneurship and employment of Dalits and tribals,  he vowed.  Through planned action and coordination we will bring in lights, among these two communities he, added.

Efforts are to be made by the officials for employment,  investments to boost their economic development,  KTR said.
