Hyderabad : Finance Minister T Harish Rao today expressed shock at the death of two people due to heavy rains followed by thunderbolt near Chinthala Cheruvu area in Siddipet. He announced Rs 5 lakh to kin of the victims in the incident.
In the incident, two persons died including Srinivas and Balraj and another person Saraiah was injured. He was admitted to a hospital in Chennur. The minister consoled him in the hospital and asked the officials to shift him to Hyderabad if necessary for better health services. Harish said the government will help the victims. (NSS)
