Hyderabad: Caretaker Minister KT Rama Rao today said the people should be wary of “Mahakutami” which has nurtured a conspiracy to stall the progress and development in the infant State. He exhorted the people to defeat the Telangana traitors – Congress and Telugu Desam for joining hands for trying to stall growth. The people seeking continuous welfare and rapid development have to vote for the ruling party, KTR said. The two parties forged Kutami like thieves coming together to loot the villages, he fumed.
Speaking at a public meeting in Nagampet under Siricilla segment today, the minister informed that the Congress filed 200 cases against Kaleshwaram which will irrigate one lakh acres in Siricilla segment. He lashed out at the Congress for its alliance with bête noire Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for writing 30 letters against the projects in Telangana. “Now I have work for 40 days and I will do my best for the welfare of the people in the constituency for next 60 months”, he said. KTR also thanked the people in the segment for blessing him for the last two elections and sought similar support to win the polls.
“The people should think carefully before they go to vote in the upcoming elections. This time around the Mahakutami is wooing people with false promises and misguiding them”, he said. He cautioned them not to write bad fate by voting for the “Mahakutami” partners which will be like piercing your own eyes.
“Vote for the KCR leadership and we will take the responsibility to provide you Rs 5 lakh for two bedroom housing at your own land in the villages. The KCR Government was giving 24 hour power to farm sector while the previous regime killed farmers for seeking power. We have achieved the statehood with much difficulty and the people should not vote for the Telangana traitors,” he added. (NSS)
