The 96 countries include Netherlands, Canada, Finland, Estonia, Romania, Sweden, Montenegro, Iceland, India, Poland, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Spain, Bangladesh, Mali, Belgium, Ireland, France, UK, US, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Hungary, Serbia, Slovak republic, Turkey, Moldova, Albania, Chad, Nigeria, Benin, etc.
