Man Stabbed to Death by Group in Hafiz Baba Nagar, Hyderabad

During the early hours of Tuesday, a 25-year-old man named Shaik Nazeer was fatally stabbed by a gang of five to six people in Hafiz Baba Nagar, Kanchanbagh.

The event happened about 2:45 a.m., and the victim, Nazeer, was a resident of C Block Nagar. According to Rupesh, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) South East, Nazeer had a history of criminal activity and was previously linked to a murder case reported in Zaheerabad about two years ago.

According to reports, Nazeer was attacked by thugs brandishing sharp-edged weapons, resulting in serious injuries. After receiving information, police responded quickly and transported Nazeer to Osmania General Hospital. Tragically, he died as a result of his injuries while receiving medical treatment.

The police have launched a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) (punishment for murder) and organized three squads to apprehend the accused.

This event comes on the heels of another violent incident in Hyderabad on September 10, when a client was allegedly beaten to death by the owner and staff of Meridian Restaurant in Punjagutta after an argument over excess raita (curd). The victim, Mohammad Liaqat, 31, was from Hashmatabad in Chandrayangutta and had visted restaurant for dinner with a friend.
