Hyderabad: National Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Director Manoj Kumar Sahu said that policy
implemented by the Telangana Government to supply drinking water through Mission Bhagiratha program has become a role model for other States to follow.
In this Regard, Sahu sent a message through a letter to all the States. He said by implementing the method launched by Telangana State with the latest technology to arrest the wastage of water and supplying it in the required quantities is made possible.
He suggested that like in Telangana state, other States too should utilize the Flow Control Valve method while supplying water. He asked the other state government to depute their technical teams to Telangana State to study and follow the Telangana Model.
