TRS leader and MLC K Kavitha have said that all measures are taken to ensure better treatment to workers and staff in Singareni collieries.
She stated that the government is taking steps to provide the best services by acquiring all equipment, health kits, medicines, isolation and oxygen beds, and injections. She coordinated with the Singareni officials to improve facilities and provide immediate and timely treatment to the corona patients.
The MLC has said that adequate funds are being used to treat corona patients in a hospital. The Singareni officials bought all the facilities and providing treatment. TBGKS a workers group is making efforts in this regard.

The CMD of Singareni Sridhar is monitoring the facilities. Welfare measures are taken with her initiative as Rs 3.16 cr spent to get 1.10 lakh rapid test kits and offered vaccination for 25000 workers out of 44000 staff so far. The hospital has 1400 beds and was fully equipped with medicines, oxygen, and jabs as 9650 patients recovered after treatment in isolation and special wards.
The management spent about Rs 28 cr to provide treatment to 862 patients of the company at several hospitals in Hyderabad.
