MP Komatireddy softens his stand towards TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy

Congress party MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy has softened his stand against TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy.

He said that he had made critical remarks against Revanth out of pain for not getting the TPCC Chief’s post.

He also said that he had spoken as the senior leader of the party. He made these remarks after paying tributes at the statue of former CM of the state YSR in Bhongir.

Speaking to media persons on the occasion, he said that he had received invitations from several parties and added that he would not join any party.

He has made it clear that he would continue in the congress party. He said that the party would incur losses if group politics continued in it.

He also said that the party would not win if politics was done by sitting in Gandhi Bhavan and added they would win in the elections by mingling with the people of the state.

He made it clear that all the leaders of the party should work together to defeat CM KCR.

He said that he did not require any post while reminding that he has sacrificed his minister’s post for the creation of a separate Telangana state.

He said that the party workers from Bhongir have ensured his victory in the Lok Sabha elections without spending a single penny.
