Hyderabad: The owners and the employees of the major Pharmacies and the Medical Shops of twin cities Hyderabad and Secunderabad are much active nowadays attending the high number of customers who are demanding the Multivitamin tablets, however, several customers are returning with disappointment as many of these tablets running out of the shops. These tablets are used to boost the immunity power of the body. A major chunk of the people is using these with or without the advice of the doctors.
Spike of Corona cases has been witnessing day by day and a major chunk of the denizens are giving priority these tablets to boost immunity. As the demand increases the supply has decreased and a large number of pharmacies are running out of the stock.
As panic increases the general masses started storing the Vitamin D3, B complex, Vitamin C, Paracetamol, calcium tablets in large numbers in their houses which led to a shortage of multivitamins in major shops of the twin cities.
The owners of the pharmacies pointed out that mad rush has been seen in their shops as the people are opting to buy the substitutes of multivitamins and as a precautionary measure. Many of them are using paracetamol tablets for fever.
Generally, the doctors are prescribing antibiotics and Azithromycin tablets which uses for the treatment of bacterial infections. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Some brands are in a shortage that’s the reason they are opting for substitute of these brands. Some pharmaceutical companies enhanced the rates of multivitamin tablets.
Earlier the prices of these medicines were low however the situation differs nowadays as the prices are hiked due to an increase in demand.
Doctors maintained that the medicine supplements B Complex, Multi-Vitamins, Zinc, and others are needed for the unhealthy people as their immunity dwindles and they needed additional supplements.
