Hyderabad: Minister for Information and Technology Telangana K Tarak Rama Rao has pointed out that the state government has been moving forward with the various programs in memory of Telangana veterans.
Ministers KTR and Srinivas Gowda today participated in the foundation laid ceremony for the construction of Saraswati Sadanam Auditorium in Banjara Hills on the occasion of birth anniversary of doyen of Telangana C. Narayana Reddy who was very known Urdu Personality and also Called Sinare.
Speaking on the occasion, Rao praised him as a multi-talented personality and remembered that he became the first poet who was elected for the Upper House of the Parliament from South India. He assured that Saraswati Sadan will be a new platform for Telangana poets and artists and the construction works would be completed as soon as possible. He also announced that a library will be named after him at Sirisilla.
Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender and several other leaders were present on the occasion.
