Hyderabad: The Telangana government on Wednesday gave rules under ‘unlock 5′ yet no decision has been taken on the resumption of schools and Cinemas.
As per the Telangana Government Order (GO) gave by Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, separate requests order be given with respect to the date of opening of schools and Cinemas.
In schools/higher education establishments, on the online/distance learning will keep on being the favored method of teaching and will be supported, it says.
Higher education institutions just for research scholars (Ph.D.) and postgraduate students of technical and specialized programs – requiring lab/test works are allowed to open from October 15.
Separate orders will be likewise given with respect to the date of opening for film theatres, multiplexes, amusement parks, and alike places.
The rules were given in accordance with those given by the Ministry of Home Affairs on September 30 to resume more disallowed activities in zones outside containment zones and to strengthen the measures identified with a lockdown in the state.
In regions outside containment zones, all exercises allowed before the presentation of lockdown measures will be permitted. Be that as it may, certain exercises will be permitted to function with the condition of standard operating procedures (SoPs).
Swimming pools being utilized for training of sportspersons will be allowed to open from October 15, for which SOPs will be given by the administration.
Business to Business (B2B) displays will be allowed to open from October 15, for which additionally SOPs will be given.
Social/scholastic/sports/entertainment/cultural/religious/political functions and different gatherings with a roof of 100 individuals and by following wellbeing protocol will be allowed outside containment zones with a compulsory wearing of face masks, social distancing, arrangement for thermal examining and hand wash or sanitizer.
Marriage related occasions will be allowed with a limit of 100 members. Funerals/last rites related meetings with people not surpassing 100 will keep on being permitted.
People over the age of 65 years, people with co-morbidities, pregnant women, and youngsters beneath the age of 10 years are encouraged to remain at home, aside from necessary and wellbeing purposes.
In regard to the containment zones, the exacting lockdown will be in power till October 31. Just necessary activities will be allowed.
As per the GO, buffer zones will be distinguished external to the containment zones, where new cases are bound to happen. Inside the buffer zones, limitations as considered fundamental might be set up by the district officials.
