Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) NRI wing president Mahesh Bigala with his team today submitted nominations for the TRS president post on behalf of its existing president and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.
NRI TRS wing president Mahesh Bigala stated that they support KCR to be the next president of the ruling party. The election for the president of the TRS is conducted once in four years.
This time ministers, MPs, MLAs and MLCs, and other leaders of the ruling party have submitted separate nominations in favor of the chief minister to become president again.

As the TRS working president and MAUD Minister said yesterday the party election officer has received 10 sets of separate nominations for KCR to be the next president.
According to information, another team of the TRS leaders have also reportedly submitted a set of nominations for the same. With this, the number of nominations for the TRS new president increased to 12.
The TRS leadership has appointed P Krishna Murthy and S Madhusudhan Chary to coordinate the presidential election.
