Online classes for degree college students from May 6

Hyderabad:  In view of the nation-wide lock-down amid COVID-19 pandemic crisis, Telangana Social and Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Societies  (TTWREIS) will jointly organize online lessons for degree college students from  May 6 to 30 through the Telangana Government-run ‘TSAT’ TV channel.

Expert lecturers will conduct online classes in different subjects including commerce, computer science, microbiology, maths, botany, electronics, chemistry, zoology, Telugu, English, public administration and life skills.

Secretary Dr RS Praveen Kumar advised the students to watch online classes, so that there will be minimum disruption to their academic schedule. Praveen Kumar thanked  KT Rama Rao, Minister for Information Technology and Municipal Administration, Minister for Welfare Koppula Eshwar & Minister for Tribal Welfare Satyavathi Rathod  for entrusting the task of organizing the online classes in an endeavor to bridge the education gap created due to closure of educational institutions.
