Opposition Slams Ruling Government For Stalling Discussions on Pegasus, Farmers’ Protest

Opposition Accuses Government For Running The Parliament On Its Own “Whims and Fancies”

The Congress condemned the public authority today for diminishing the Monsoon Session of Parliament, saying an administration that doesn’t permit elected representatives to raise issues of public significance isn’t useful for the nation and majority rules system.

Congress member in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said the Opposition was not permitted to talk on issues like rising fuel costs, farmers’ protests and the nullification of homestead laws that worry individuals of the country.

Opposition Continues To Stall Discussions Over Pegasus Scandal, Farm Laws

As per the latest updates, the opposition has continued its protests over the Pegasus scandal, farm laws and other issues since the start of the Monsoon session on July 19.
