Petrol price crosses Rs.100 mark in Andhra Pradesh

The price of one-liter petrol has crossed the crucial Rs.100 mark in Andhra Pradesh.

The normal variety of petrol costs Rs.99.77 per liter in the city where the premium variety of Petrol cost Rs.12.47 per liter in the city.

On the other hand, diesel has costs Rs.94.12 per liter. The prices of both petrol and diesel are soaring continuously for the last four days.

The actual price of petrol is Rs.34 per liter after it is refined from crude oil. The remaining money being spent by the customers are different kinds of taxes imposed by state and central governments.

While the transport cost is  28 paise per liter , the excise duty being imposed on the petrol is Rs. 32.90 per liter.

The commission is charged by the dealer is Rs. 3.45 per liter whereas the state VAT is Rs. 21.47 per liter.
