Investigation done has revealed that the accused persons came to Hyderabad and they hatched a plan of committing thefts by diverting their attention and committing theft of luggage bags by speaking to them in a mesmerizing manner and even trapping the people on saying that they reserve the tickets of the Bihar going candidates for some amount of concession, and cheated them (NSS)
