Congress party MP A. Revanth Reddy today alleged that a huge amount of irregularities took place in the procurement of Covid -19 kits.
He said that the crores of rupees of irregularities took place in the purchase of the first phase of the medical kits. He said that neither central government nor state governments were ready to face the second phase of the Covid 19 wave.
He claimed that the state and central governments were not ready to receive the advice and opinions of the opposition political parties. He said that the central government was not thinking about providing the vaccine to all the people of the country.

He said that the central government was collecting 12 percent of GST on the Covid 19 products.
He demanded the state government include Covid 19 treatment in the Aarogyasri scheme. He said that the state government should take steps for providing the Covid treatment in 23 private medical colleges of the state.
