Hyderabad: For the containment of spread of Corona Virus and measures taken by the state government to help the poor suffering due to the lockdown, Singareni Collieries Company Limited has donated Rs 40 Crore to the Government. A Cheque in this regard was given by SCCL CMD N Sridhar to Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao at Pragathi Bhavan here on Wednesday.
Lalitaa Jewellers has donated Rs one crore to the state government. Lalitaa Jewelries CMD Dr M Kiran Kumar handed over the Cheque to the CM. Kiran Kumar said they have donated Rs one Crore each to AP and Tamil Nadu governments also. The CM thanked SCCL and Lalitaa Jewellers.
