Hyderabad: Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) conducted its Annual General Meeting on Friday in the city. The Meeting was attended by about 100 member companies on a virtual platform as well as in person.
Speaking on the Occasion, Cyberabad police Commissioner and the Chairman of the SCSC, VC Sajjanar said that the last one year had been very dynamic with plenty of new initiatives taken up by various forums like SHE Safe App, Sangha Mitra for Communities, SAFE – Safety Awareness for Employees, Conclaves, Hackathon & Walkathon and Short film contests, etc. He also commended Cyberabad Police and SCSC for actively supporting Industry sectors and Society during COVID Pandemic in a big way through its volunteers. He said SCSC played a key role in ensuring continuity of Business for Industry. He congratulated SCSC General Secretary, Krishna Yedula, and the team for sustaining all the activities and taking up new initiatives during the year.
Sajjanar also welcomed new Industry vertical heads – Mr. Sucheth Davuluri (Pharma), Srikanth Badiga (Infra), Dr. Rajiv Menon (Healthcare), Manish Daya (Hospitality) & Sreesa Bargava (Manufacturing) and advised them to come up with their fraternity specific strategy to expand good work done by SCSC.
Krishna Yedula, General Secretary updated all the members about various activities & events held during the year and objectives for next year. He said that it had been an exciting journey for SCSC and looking forward to engaging with new Industry sectors in the days to come. He said that SCSC emerged as one go-to an organization in Hyderabad for any kind of collaborative effort towards a safe and secure ecosystem.
Bharani Aroll, President – Hysea who is also an EC Member congratulated the good work put in by the team SCSC. AGM was attended by other Senior Police Officers like DCP Traffic & Convenor Traffic Forum Vijay Kumar, DCP of the Women Safety Child Welfare wing Anasuya. A Report on SCSC progress and Financials for the year 2019-2020 was released by VC Sajjanar on the occasion. He also felicitated member company representatives who donated generously during the COVID pandemic.
