Finance Minister T Harish Rao today said that law and order are being well maintained in Telangana by using technological gadgets and continuous surveillance. He inaugurated a police station in the Rajiv Rahadari area in Siddipet district.
Speaking on the occasion he stated that the police are able to use the latest technologies and equipment to settle the cases in less time. The minister exhorted the police personnel at ground level to work hard and bring a good name to the government.

Praising that the police of the state is good at the national level, Harish Rao instructed that the policemen on duties are supposed to serve people. They have to follow norms and see that the people enjoy the law and order.
The courts, IT Hub, medical college, commissionerate, and industrial area come under this police station he said. The minister also stated that they plan to start — she teams,bharosa center, child court wing and other facilities in the premises to offer more services.

Our aim is to ensure that the people live in a friendly and peaceful atmosphere through proper police services. The district is on a growth path with all facilities and infrastructure, he said.
