Serve people with respect: Mahamood Ali tells cops

Hyderabad: Home Minister Mahamood Ali today claimed that Telangana has been witnessing rapid growth as police personnel is playing a key role in law and order using technology. 

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao offers top priority to the police department to provide the best services to people and control crime he said.  KCR government has offered Rs 700 cr for modernization of the police stations, and the latest equipment.  The home minister took guard of honor from 499 stipendiary police constables at Yousufguda Stadium with DGP here. 

Mahamood Ali asked them to provide friendly services to people which is key for peace. The state is developing in all fields and the police have to be more cautious to ensure people get spontaneous justice.

Telangana police are doing well and need to offer speedy and friendly services, he said.  Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has developed the police department with the latest technology and modern facilities. 

We are controlling the crime through cc cameras and the latest gadgets he said.  He asked the policemen to be cautious to check regular crimes,  resolve related issues he said.  DGP has asked them to give respect to people coming with complaints. Treat people friendly and address their issues to bring good name,  he added.
