New Delhi: As the farmers’ unrest opposing the new farm laws passed by the Narendra Modi government entered day 5 on Monday, the sounds of Gurbani and the lessons of the Sikh Gurus resonated on the event of Guru Nanak Jayanti.

On Sunday, farmers declared that they would blockade five entryways into Delhi — Sonipat, Jaipur, Rohtak, Ghaziabad-Hapur, and Mathura — in the coming days.
