Sky cycling event on Necklace Road in Hyderabad for the first time

Have you ever thought of riding a bike far above the ground on a tightrope with nothing to support you? If you have then that’s only a taste of what Hyderabad’s first-ever sky cycling experience has to offer.

A facility is located in Necklace Road “Pitstop gaming zone”, which is a popular hangout spot for families and young people alike. Among the activities available at the location are zip-lining, rope courses, and tyre climbing.

For zip-lining or sky riding, participants must climb up to a platform, which is sometimes as high as the third story of a structure, and extend two ropes towards the other end of the event. Safety equipment will be provided on the zip line as one dangles from the rope. By contrast, sky cycling offers a completely different type of adrenaline rush. Despite this, remain briskly pedalling to maintain momentum and avoid stopping “We inaugurated the zone after a lot of research on safety regulations and the operation of the adventure ride,” says Prashanth C S, an IT professional who helped bring sky cycling to the city.

It is claimed that the rope can support 85 kg of weight, but in the future, that weight restriction will be raised to 100 kg to accommodate more people. In addition, the guides are highly trained in the use of ropes, harnesses, and other safety equipment in order to provide the best possible level of safety for guests.

Pitstop also offers go-karting, bowling, bungee jumping, and bumping cars, in addition to a variety of food stalls. You can also try the 360-degree cycle, which is a one-of-a-kind experience that allows you to cycle in a complete circle while wearing safety belts on the seats.

“These adventures are incredibly affordable.” Sky biking costs Rs 300 and ziplining costs Rs 250. According to Susheel Yadav, adventure leader at Pitstop, customized packages can be arranged when travelling in a large group. However, all participants must sign a statement of self-responsibility at the beginning of the trip.
