Khammam: Congress campaign committee chairman Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has said they will announce campaign strategy draft paper very soon.
Speaking to the media here on Friday, Bhatti Vikramarka felt that UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi was feeling severe pain as the aim of creating of separate Telangana State was not fulfilled. He alleged that the farmers’ situation has become worse with the TRS government’s action. He said the Congress party’s fight was going on for the self-respect of the people of the suppressed and weaker sections.
Bhatti lamented that the Telangana was not getting a single drop of Godavari water due to the redesigning of the projects. He alleged that the sand mafia was looting the State. He said the Congress agenda was to dethrone the “feudal” government and implement peoples’ agenda by forming peoples’ government. He described the coming elections between common, middle-class people and feudal. He said the TRS government also imposed restrictions even on the media. (NSS)
