South Korean Delegation Visits TSIIC

Hyderabad: A delegation from Chung-buk Province, South Korea, visited Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) Parishrama Bhavanam, Basheerbagh, this morning and had a meeting to explore the options of Industrial growth and Infrastructure facilities provided by TSIIC.

Myung-soo Jang, Ambassador of International Affairs of Chung-buk Province, South Korea, is a career diplomat working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea for over 30 years. He completed his duty as Ambassador of Korea to Colombia last year and posted to Ambassador of Chung-bunk Province. Yun-Jeong Choi, Deputy Director of International Cooperation and Trade Division, Kyung-chan  Park,   Assistant Director of International Cooperation and Trade, are delegates.

On behalf of Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd., V. Madhusudan, Chief Executive Officer, welcomed the delegates and E.Venkat Narsimha Reddy, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd.,(TSIIC), briefed the overall activities undertaken by Government of Telangana including TS-!PASS policy.

The other senior Officials such as K.Shyam Sunder, Chief Engineer, TSIIC, .Shakti Nagappan, Director-Pharma & Life Sciences, Rupesh Singh, Director-Logistics, Akhil Kumar Gawar, Director-Food Processing Society, Mihir Parekh, Director-Mega Textiles, also briefed the wider scope of opportunities in Pharma Sector, Food Processing Units, and at Kakatiya Mega Textile Park. Further, Smt.D.Geethanjali, Chief General Manager, Smt.S.Kalavathi, General Manager(P&A), Sri.E.Narsimhan, General Manager(F), Sitaram, General Manager(Engg,.) and Smt. Sharada, DGM were also available.

While appreciating the efforts taken by TSIIC, the Mr.Myung-sooJANG, Ambassador of International Affairs of Chung-buk Province, South Korea informed that they would be coming with concrete proposals for exploring more options of investments opportunities including signing an Memorandum of Understanding with Government of Telangana.(NSS)
