SP Claims Video Proof Of “Lapses” In The EVMs In Varanasi

A day after Akhilesh Yadav claimed that Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) were moved unlawfully in Varanasi only 48 hours before the inclusion of votes in state decisions, his party tweeted the on-camera proclamation of an authority yielding there were lapses.
