Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is organizing a special admission drive in the old city to guide and facilitate the local aspirants. The faculty members of different departments will be available on April 29 from 10 am onwards at Khwaja Shauq Hall, Urdu Maskan, Khilwat, near Charminar, according to a press release.
According to Dr. M. Vanaja, Director, Directorate of Admissions, the drive is being organized to guide the students and parents about admission process and to provide details about different courses being offered by the university for the year 2019-20. Help desk facility will also be available.
Interested candidates must bring required copies of documents, photographs and debit/credit card for fee payment along with them to avail the facility. An introductory documentary about MANUU produced by Instructional Media Centre will also be screened.
The last date for admissions through entrance based courses is May 1, whereas admissions for merit based courses will continue till June 30. For online admissions, students can visit university website www.manuu.ac.in the release added.
