Srinivas Goud Asks People to Avoid Coming Out During Lockdown 2.0

 Excise and Sports Minister V Srinivas Goud today instructed people to avoid coming out during corona lockdown 2.0 being imposed for 10 days in the state to check virus spread.

At Mahabubnagar he gave counseling to the people to stay home and avoid venturing out as it will lead to virus spread.

The minister asked the officials to impose lockdown 2.0 strictly for 10 days to avoid virus spread. Ensure that the people do not come out and allow those for emergency requirements as per guidelines issued by the government he said. Those who come out should follow protocols and with valid identity cards, passes, and reasons he felt.

The government has taken the lockdown 2.0 decision only to curb the spread of pandemics and break the virus chain, he said.

The minister was seen assisting the police on the roads and instructed them to avoid going out. He interacted with some of the vehicle users and was allowed to move with valid passes or reasons and with some identity cards.
