Tirupati: An employee of Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel went missing from Chittoor alleging that he was cheated by his colleague in the name of monthly chits. The employee went missing stating that he would commit suicide if justice was not done to him, according to informed sources.
The victim has been identified as Ranjan Prasad and the accused has been identified as Varadarajulu. In his suicide note, Ranjan Prasad alleged that the accused had run chit scam by making the headquarters of the channel as his own office. (NSS)
