Tahreek hell-bent over organizing ‘Unity March’ again on Sept. 25

Despite the Hyderabad Police have turned down the permission to hold ‘Unity March’ from Charminar recently last week, the Tahreek Muslim Shabban (TMS) and its umbrella groups have now planned the same again on September 25 in order to send a strong message to the communal forces against their wicked designs.

While addressing a press conference Yesterday at the Head Office of the organization in Azampura, the President Tahreek Muslim Shabban Mohd.Mushtaq Malik said, “Communal forces vitiating the peaceful and harmonious environment of the Telangana State and to counter them from moving ahead with the evil designs, it is necessary for all the communities to come on a platform and convey the message of peace and integrity against the divisive forces.”

“The proposed March on September 25, would see the presence of different communities like Dalits, Scheduled Castes and Schedule Tribes, Sikhs and Christians besides Muslims,” he said adding that “The gathering would resemble a bouquet of diversity and would carry a fitting message to divisive forces.”

Last month the BJP organized a mammoth rally at Charminar that was by and large perceived as a display of party’s strength that was affirmed even by the saffron leaders.

During the rally senior party leaders like Bandi Sanjay has boastfully claimed that his party will soon come to power in Telangana as the party has gained popularity even in Hyderabad city which is predominantly considered as a bastion of AIMIM.

It is against this background the Tahreek Muslim Shabban and it’s umbrella groups have planned to give a befitting reply to the communal forces through organizing ‘Unity March’ that would represent the voice of all the minority communities besides Dalits, Scheduled Casts and Schedule Tribes.

Claiming that the march is completely a peaceful walk and would carry a message of unity and integrity against the advancing communal forces in the country, Mushtaq Malik said “The Ittehad rally would convey a befitting response to communal designs of the BJP and the RSS who are unleashing their wicked plans one after another targeting other communities.”

“The rally, that would kick start from Gulzar Houz sharp at 2.00 pm on September 25, would pose no issue for the state administration as it was only meant to consolidate the commitment of upholding peace and integrity in the society opposing the spread of communalism,” he asserted.

The proposed rally is receiving overwhelming response from all quarters, claimed the Tahreef Chief and added that, “The response is quite encouraging and we request the Telangana Government and the Police to extend their cooperation to ensure successful completion of the proposed march.”
