Hyderabad : By recruiting 105 students in the nationwide talent test ‘ninja’, IT giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) gave a boost to GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad Campus Placements for the academic session 2018-19. Training and Placements Cell Director Dr Nathi Venu Kumar has said.
In a pressnote here today, Dr Nathi Venu Kumar said the Campus Placement activity began with a bang at the School of Technology with the arrival of Virtusa, Mu Sigma, Techaspect, ValueMomentum, Berkadia, OpenText and CoreCompete and so on. A total of 15 MNCs visited GITAM, Hyderabad so far and completed the recruitment process. Nineleaps, Hitachi Consultancy and Mind tree campus recruitment drive results are yet to be announced.
Mu Sigma offered with a pay package of Rs 21 Lakh per three years to the students of GITAM. Some 20 MNC, IT and core companies are going to conduct campus placement drives in November. So far, approximately 45% of the final year engineering students have been placed. The Recruitment Teams were appreciative of the student quality at GITAM, Hyderabad and also praised the University Management for inculcating high standards of skills amongst their students in the field of technical education.
