Congress party today held the birth anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi at the state party headquarters Gandhi Bhavan.
AICC state in-charge Manickam Tagore, TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy, former TPCC president Ponnala Laxmaiah, former Minister Shabbir Ali, and other leaders took part in the celebrations.
Speaking to media persons later, Revanth said the youth of the country should draw inspiration from Gandhi. He urged the youth to take on the fascist forces of the country by following the path shown by Gandhi.

He alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shaw were selling the country to industrialists Adani and Ambani and added that the two leaders were also handing over the assets of the country to the two industrialists.
He said that there was a prevent Modi and Amit shah from selling the country. Referring to the decision of the central government to privatize the Defense sector of the country, He said that it was dangerous to the security of the country.
