Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao unveiled the logo for Telangana Formation Day’s decennial celebrations at his chamber in the State Secretariat here on Monday. The logo was created to represent Telangana’s remarkable progress and ten-year journey since its inception.
The logo represents a number of significant accomplishments, such as irrigation projects such as the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme, electricity, agriculture, Mission Bhagiratha, cultural heritage, and spiritual centers such as Yadadri. It also represents urban infrastructure such as the Hyderabad Metrol Rail and T-Hub, as well as iconic structures such as the Dr. BR Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat and the 125-foot Ambedkar statue, all of which are seen as symbols of the Telangana model for the nation.
Aside from these, the logo for the decennial celebrations has been designed to be further embedded with Telangana Thalli, Bathukamma, Bonalu, Palapitta and Martyrs Memorial.
Ministers T Harish Rao and Talasani Srinivas Yadav were present, as were MLCs Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, Despathi Srinivas, Padi Kaushik Reddy, MLAs A Jeevan Reddy and Balka Suman, Chief Advisor to the Chief Minister Somesh Kumar, Chief Advisor to Government Rajeev Sharma, Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari, and others.
CM KCR has directed that the 10th Telangana State Formation Day celebrations and the State’s progress for ten years be held in a festive atmosphere. The Chief Minister directed officials to make the necessary preparations for the start of the 21-day celebrations of the State’s formation at the Secretariat on June 2.
KCR directed higher officials to make the necessary arrangements for parking for the invitees as well as a ‘High Tea’ for the guests. The CM also discussed the plans for the 21-day programs planned across the state, including districts and all Assembly Constituencies. He wished to highlight the accomplishments of the State government in all fields, including agriculture, electricity, and welfare, with the participation of the people from the village level to the city during the state formation day celebrations.
The CM discussed preparations and an action plan for Telangana State’s formation day celebrations at a high-level review meeting. “The first decade Telangana formation day celebrations is a great occasion in the history of Telangana state. he said.
